Το Polypodium cambricum είναι μία φτέρη, αειθαλής και πολυετές φυτό που ευδοκιμεί στα ασβεστολιθικά βράχια της περιοχής. Φυτρώνει στις σχισμές που υπάρχουν, δημιουργώντας ένα όμορφο σύνολο. Η λέξη Polypodium έχει Ελληνική ρίζα, που προέρχεται από το σχήμα της ρίζας, ενώ το cambricum έχει λατινική ρίζα. Τα φύλλα ισχυρά με σκληρές νευρώσεις μία στο κέντρο και μία ανά διακλάδωση που στο πίσω μέρος έχουν χρώμα προς το πράσινό μαύρο. Αποστολή με μήνυμα ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου.
